NUTRALIFE GREEN LIPPED MUSSEL 5600+ contains 5600mg equivalent of fresh New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel per capsule. Sourced from peak-condition mussels grown in the Coromandel region of New Zealand, they are harvested sustainably and processed using the Biolane™ cold-extraction technique.

Directions

For the first 3 months, take 2 capsules daily.
For ongoing maintenance, take 1 capsule daily.
Take with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.

1. Change of Mind Returns

At Kiwi Wellness Club, we take health and safety seriously. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once the order has been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), which entitles you to a replacement or refund if a product:

  •  Is faulty or defective
  •  Is significantly different from its description
  •  Does not function as expected for its intended use

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer a resolution in line with CGA guidelines.

3. Return Process

  • Our team will assess the issue and provide return instructions if necessary.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process a refund, replacement, or store credit as appropriate.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
